The Process

The steps below reflect some of the services we provide that can be used to help you reduce your costs.

  1. Define your business requirements. (What is the problem? What do you really need?)
  2. Find or design your solution. (What is the best way to get from here to there?)
    1. If we design your solution, we will need to implement the solution. (Write the code that solves your problem.)
  3. Testing the application (solution) before it is placed into your system. (If it might break, break it somewhere that it can't damage your existing system.)
  4. Install and configure the application to run on your system. (Every system is different, and despite the claims of some vendors, it is not always intuitive.)
  5. Provide support and training on the solution. (Become productive as soon as possible).
